Every Awarenessome piece is made to order and created specifically for you. We invite you to review sizing guides, product details, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. As each item is individually produced, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, I will make it right. Please contact me within 30 days of delivery at Awarenessome@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. No return shipment is required unless requested.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. I will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Awarenessome cannot be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
